More than a job title

Where that came from

A large part of my professional growth happened in a non-profit environment, where I took on responsibility early and learned by doing.

Roles were fluid and expectations were real. I built things, fixed things, coordinated people, and adapted constantly.

There was no structure, so I learned to create one. Those years became the foundation of how I work today.

How I work with others

I don't believe good work happens in isolation.

Over the years, I've built close relationships with people in many different fields. If something falls outside my expertise, I know when to ask for help and who to ask.

Life and perspective

Living in different countries and becoming a mom changed how I see time and priorities. I plan more carefully, communicate clearly, and value sustainable ways of working.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I'm learning Norwegian at my own pace, practicing pilates, and sharing my space with a very large Saint Bernard and a cat with strong opinions.
